The staff was helpful. I got a room on the ground floor because I have mobility issues (that was thoughtful).

There is no lift in the building, and that posed a problem for me. The room I got had issues with the TV. It was not working. I was told it couldn't be fixed .

The hotel organized our wedding celebration perfectly, from start to finish. The team always showed attentiveness, friendliness, and professionalism. The staff handled every detail with care and made our day nice. I particularly appreciated how smoothly everything went, great to relax and enjoy the celebration.

I noticed the decor in some common areas of the bedroom block needs some refreshing.
